Virginia Beach, Va. (1140wrva.com)  Navy officials say they're planning to temporarily relocate residents near the fuel spill at Naval Air Station Oceana.  Officials originally said last Thursday's 94,000 gallon spill would be cleaned up within two days, but the cleanup continues.  Nearby residents have been complaining of the smell coming from a creek.  A Navy spokesman says residents will be given a list of hotels where they can stay.
